This evidence submission to the Casey Commission highlights how creative health can support a more preventative, person-centred and community-based model of adult social care. Drawing on examples from across the UK, it demonstrates how arts, culture and creativity can strengthen social connection, support independence and wellbeing, improve outcomes for carers and the workforce, and help unlock the value of community assets within a future National Care Service.
