What is creative health and how are nurses involved?
Hosted on 17th December 2025, this webinar introduced a newly formed Nursing Special Interest Group (SIG) for Creative Health.
SIG co-leads Dr Marion Lynch and Professor Vicky Ridgway were joined in conversation with nurses and organisations leading on creative health practice, education and research.
Speakers included:

- Dr Vicky Ridgway - What is creative health and nursing education
- Laura Atyeo - How creative health organisations and groups help design health care
- Dr Nicola Fisher - Using creative methods to communicate nurses research and projects.
- Dr Marie Clancy - Arts-based assessment in nursing education
The session also introduced what the Nursing Special Interest Group (SIG) is planning and how you can get involved. The National Centre for Creative Health (NCCH) provides the Secretariat for the SIG.
