Arts, Culture, Health & Wellbeing, Scotland

Established in 2021 Arts, Culture, Health & Wellbeing, Scotland (ACHWS) has developed into an active Scotland-wide network providing information and support for anyone working across arts and culture, health and wellbeing. It is a collective voice for arts and health in Scotland working with the Scottish Government, UK Government, colleagues across the four nations and internationally, to share learning and understanding.

Representing over 28 partner organisations of national, regional and local scale, and 700+ individuals, the main focus is to create a network of experience and expertise that is available to all.

ACHWS seek to connect research, policy and practice, through regular meetings and events, providing resources including a growing archive of research, supporting professional development, and advising policy makers. The website highlights the growing work and impact of the sector, and provides a place for this work to be viewed in a national context.
