This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, collaborative and forward-thinking individual to join the National Centre for Creative Health (NCCH) and help shape the future of creative health across England.

We are seeking a Creative Health Integration Lead to support the development of creative health within health and care systems nationally and across the South West NHS region. The postholder will be employed by NCCH and seconded to work alongside the Regional Director of Public Health (South West Region) at the Department of Health and Social Care, supporting the alignment of creative health with national public health priorities, prevention agendas and system-wide transformation.

The role will also work closely with NCCH’s Head of Programmes, who leads the national Creative Health Leads in Systems Programme, contributing to programme development, shared learning and the strengthening of creative health approaches across Integrated Care Systems.

You will bring experience in public health, population health, commissioning or system leadership and be passionate about reducing health inequalities and embedding innovative, evidence-informed approaches within health and care systems.

You will be a confident relationship-builder, able to work across organisational boundaries and connect national policy with local delivery. You will have experience using public health intelligence, evidence and insight to inform strategic priorities, alongside strong communication and influencing skills.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of national policy, public health, strategic commissioning and innovation — helping embed creative health approaches into population health strategies, prevention agendas and clinical pathways.
